Detailed metadata for each user is recorded, e.g. each time that users try to access content.

User metadata is all grouped together, so that subscription data, credit levels, and other properties are all managed together, giving you a complete appraisal of a user's behaviour.

End-user customer care

Customer care is made easy, thanks to a simple query tool. After entering a user's mobile number, CMX2 displays data on any messages they have sent, and on anything they have tried or successfully managed to order. You can then choose to resend if apppropriate.
