Audit tools for viewing message history

Message history can be viewed according to a particular service or user (by typing in their mobile number). Not only is this essential from a troubleshooting perspective, it can also be informative, as you can view the interactions any one user has had with a particular service. Detailed metadata for each user is recorded, e.g. each time that users try to access content.

User metadata management

User metadata is all grouped together, so that subscription data, credit levels, and other properties are all managed together, giving you a complete appraisal of a user's behaviour.

End user support

End user care is made easy, thanks to a simple query tool. After entering a user's mobile number, CMX2 displays data on any messages they have sent, and on anything they have tried or successfully managed to order. You can then choose to resend if apppropriate.
