MX Telecom Content Management System
Overview
The MX Telecom Content Management System provides a platform for delivery of Multimedia content and management of sophisticated SMS services.

Services
Set up services and assign:
- Plug in type (Wap Push, Auto-Response, Quiz, Logo, and Email Response)
- SMS Account (Bulk, SMS Billing)
- Allowed Uses (Define how many times a service can be accessed)
Promoters
The CMX system makes provision for resellers. The Promoter service allows specific Services to be assigned to particular promoters (See Statistics and Logins).
Keywords
Assign a keyword to a Service. SMS directed to the CMX system will be filtered by keyword and directed to a particular Service.
Content Browser
Manage all of your content from one central location:
- Upload and download content (Ringtones, Logos, Images, Polyphonic ringtones, Audio files, Java Applications, Video clips)
- Batch upload content
- Upload purposed content (device specific, i.e. 128 x 128 pixel screen for Nokia 7250)
- View content in list or thumbnail format (above screen shot shows thumbnail view)
- Listen to audio clips
- Name content, and set fetch or order codes (sub keywords)
- Set allowed fetches for Wap Push content to limit distribution
Mailing lists
Upload mobile numbers and store as mailing lists in order to facilitate Bulk SMS and SMS Billing mail shots. Additionally route incoming SMS via a keyword to a mailing list, and as required set up an auto response.
Send SMS
Compose SMS and flag a Mailing List for delivery. Send messages immediately, or schedule delivery time. Send flash or normal messages and change SMS originator where applicable.
Send Requests
This page shows the current Send Requests in the system. It allows you to check the status using delivery reports.
Logins
Create usernames and passwords for your Promoters so that they can login and check their statistics themselves.
Statistics
View statistics for sent and received SMS, broken down by; Service, Keyword, Promoter, Incoming and Outgoing SMS. Stats are broken down by day, week, and month.
Utilities
Check all messages that have been sent and received by a particular mobile number. Messages or content can be re-sent to resolve customer disputes. Additionally see which services have been used, and which mailing lists have been joined. Remove from services and mailing lists where appropriate.
Additional Information
The Content Management System can be integrated with the MX Telecom IVR Service for ordering of content and voting as well as other applications.

Pricing
Access to MX Telecom Content Management System is charged at 200 GBP per month. In addition to this there is a 5p per transaction fee for Multimedia Content delivered via WAP with SMS or MMS notification and a 2p per transaction fee for Smart Messaging Content delivered via SMS.
